How old do I have to be to sell at Green Moolaa?

You must be at least 18 years old and have valid government photo ID.

What kind of things do we buy?

We buy new and quality used jewellery, electronics, tools and select other goods that are in suitable condition.

Do we offer an option to buy back my items?

Yes! We have a buyback program where you can repurchase your goods within a 30-day period.

I have an item on buyback and my time is running out. Am I able to extend my due date?

Yes! We have a minimum 30-day payment you can make in order to extend your buyback loan for an additional month.

I have bad credit or no credit at all. Am I able to do a buyback?

Yes! Your credit is not affected by buyback transactions. The buyback is done on the value of the item, so there is no need for credit checks!

Do we buy broken jewellery?

Yes! We buy gold jewellery regardless of the condition it is in.

Is there anything we don't buy?

Do we offer warranty on our products?

Yes! There is a 30-day exchange guarantee.

How do I know I'm buying quality merchandise from Green Moolaa?

Everything bought and sold at Green Moolaa is properly tested. First, when it comes into the store, by our expert buyers. Then again, by our sales associates, before you make your purchase.
